This is a two-part Promotion. Part I is the NH Dream Vacation Photo Contest (the "Contest"), and Part II is a Random Draw Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes").

TIMING: The "NH Dream Vacation Photo" Contest (the "Promotion") begins at 12:01 AM eastern time ("ET") on May 30, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 5, 2011 (the "Promotion Period").

ELIGIBILITY: To enter this Promotion you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsor, their advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and any individual or company directly associated with the Promotion, and the immediate families of these entities (parents, children, siblings, spouse), as well as members of the respective households of these entities (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate.

ENTRY: To enter the Contest, visit nhdreamvacation.com (the "Contest Site"), complete the entry form in its entirety, upload at least one (1) photo or video of yourself (the "Entrant") with an "I love it here!" sign ("I love it here!" sign is available for download at the Contest Site) at a location from the Entry Categories on the Contest Site (the "Photo" or "Video", respectively), indicate the category and location of each Photo, and submit (the "Contest Entry"). Participants may submit up to five (5) Photos or Videos with their Contest Entry, however each Photo and Video must be taken at a different location, and all Photos and Videos must be submitted at the same time. Location must have a NH identifier in the Photo or Video to be eligible. Only the first Photo or Video at any location submitted by a single Entrant will be accepted, and any subsequent Photos or Videos at that location by that Entrant will be void. Additional requirements apply if any individual other than the Entrant appears with the Entrant in a submitted Photo or Video (See Contest Entry Criteria section for details and conditions). All Photos and Videos must be captured digitally and submitted at the Contest Site. Limit: One (1) Contest Entry per person regardless of the number of Photos or Videos submitted during the Promotion Period.

To enter the Sweepstakes, successfully complete a Contest Entry and you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes entry per person during the Promotion Period.

PRIZES: Photo Grand Prize: There is one (1) Photo Grand Prize of a $2,500 NH Dream Vacation. Photo Grand Prize winner will select lodging, activities, dining and other Dream Vacation components. Lodging must be at a facility located in the state of New Hampshire. All lodging and activities selected by winner will be booked through an agent of the Sponsor. Any remaining balance between Photo Grand Prize value stated below and booked lodging and activities will not be paid to winner until thirty (30) days prior to the date of the lodging reservation. All other expenses, including transportation to/from the lodging location, in-room fees, telephone charges, gratuities and costs above the maximum stated value for the Photo Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner to pay. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. The maximum Approximate Retail Value (the "ARV") of the Photo Grand Prize is $2,500.

Photo First Prizes: There are two (2) Photo First Prizes of a $500 NH vacation each. Photo First Prize winner will select lodging, activities, dining and other vacation components. Lodging must be at a facility located in the state of New Hampshire. All lodging and activities selected by winner will be booked through an agent of the Sponsor. Any remaining balance between Photo First Prize value stated below and booked lodging and activities will not be paid to winner until thirty (30) days prior to the date of the lodging reservation. All other expenses, including transportation to/from the lodging location, in-room fees, telephone charges, gratuities and costs above the maximum stated value for the Photo First Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner to pay. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. The maximum ARV of the Photo First Prize is $500 each.

Video Grand Prize: There is one (1) Video Grand Prize of a $1,000 NH Dream Vacation. Video Grand Prize winner will select lodging, activities, dining and other Dream Vacation components. Lodging must be at a facility located in the state of New Hampshire. All lodging and activities selected by winner will be booked through an agent of the Sponsor. Any remaining balance between Video Grand Prize value stated below and booked lodging and activities will not be paid to winner until thirty (30) days prior to the date of the lodging reservation. All other expenses, including transportation to/from the lodging location, in-room fees, telephone charges, gratuities and costs above the maximum stated value for the Video Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner to pay. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. The maximum Approximate Retail Value (the "ARV") of the Video Grand Prize is $1,000.

Video First Prizes: There is one (1) Video First Prize of a $500 NH vacation. Video First Prize winner will select lodging, activities, dining and other vacation components. Lodging must be at a facility located in the state of New Hampshire. All lodging and activities selected by winner will be booked through an agent of the Sponsor. Any remaining balance between Video First Prize value stated below and booked lodging and activities will not be paid to winner until thirty (30) days prior to the date of the lodging reservation. All other expenses, including transportation to/from the lodging location, in-room fees, telephone charges, gratuities and costs above the maximum stated value for the Video First Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner to pay. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. The maximum ARV of the Video First Prize is $500.

Sweepstakes Prizes: There are fourteen (14) Sweepstakes Prizes of a $50 Irving Oil gas card. Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes available to be won: $700.

Total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $5,700.

CONTEST ENTRY CRITERIA: Each Photo/Video must meet the following content restrictions:

• The Photo/Video must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights or that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement;
• The Photo/Video must not contain brand names or trademarks;
• The Photo/Video must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• The Photo/Video must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
• The Photo/Video must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the Entry is created; and
• The Photo/Video must accurately reflect the subject matter as it appeared in the viewfinder. Photos/Videos that have been digitally altered beyond standard optimization (including but not limited to removal of dust, cropping and/or adjustments to color and contrast) will be disqualified.

For all Contest Entries: By submitting a Photo/Video as part of a Contest Entry, you warrant and represent that: (a) it is your original work and has been legally created; (b) it has not been previously published or distributed in any media; (c) it has not been entered into or won previous contests or awards; (d) it does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other legal or moral rights of any person or entity; (e) that you have obtained permission from any person whose name or likeness is used in the Contest Entry (the "Participant"). If any Participant is a minor, written permission must be granted by the Participant's parent/legal guardian. Participants, or the parent/legal guardian of Participant, must transfer all rights for usage to the Sponsor if and as requested; (f) you own all rights to your Contest Entry, including without limitation, copyrights, and, that you have received prior written permission from the photographer/videographer if the Photo/Video was captured by someone other than yourself; (g) publication of the Contest Entry via various media, including Web posting, will not infringe on any third party rights; and (h) you will indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and related entities or agents from any claims and damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to the breach or alleged breach of your representations and warranties herein, your Photo/Video, or your conduct in creating your Photo/Video or otherwise in connection with this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to remove, reject or disqualify any Contest Entry or portion thereof (along with the Entrant who submitted them) at any time in the event it is determined by Sponsor or the judges that any aspect of the Contest Entry is offensive, inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsor's image or if it is determined that the Entrant has not otherwise complied with any portion of these Official Rules. Should Sponsor void any such Contest Entry elements, Entrant is not relieved from responsibility for compliance with these Official Rules.

CONTEST JUDGING AND NOTIFICATION: Photo Grand Prize and Video Grand Prize Judging: All eligible Photos will be judged by a panel of judges to be determined by the Sponsor using the below criteria to determine the Photo Grand Prize winner. All eligible Videos will be judged by a panel of judges to be determined by the Sponsor using the below criteria to determine the Video Grand Prize winner

• Creativity of Submission: How well the Photo/Video captures the essence of summer fun in New Hampshire (50%)
• Quality of Submission: How well the Photo/Video is shot, including focus, all items are captured well in the Photo/Video, and the overall technical quality of the Photo/Video (25%)
• Originality of Submission: How well the Photo/Video stands out as unique compared to other submissions, the placement of the person/people in relationship to the location being captured, and the overall artistic quality of the Photo (25%)

In the event of a tie affecting the determination of a winner, the tied Photos/Videos will be judged by Sponsor solely on the basis of the "Creativity of Submission" criterion. Photo and Video Grand Prize winners will be determined by 09/12/11 and be notified by telephone and/or confirmed in writing via US mail or other form of home delivery.

First Prize Judging: All eligible Photos and Videos will be published on the Contest Site where individuals may vote for each Photo and each Video once per day. The two (2) Entrants whose Photos received the most votes by the end of the Promotion Period will be considered the Photo First Prize winners. The one (1) Entrant whose Video received the most votes by the end of the Promotion Period will be considered the Video First Prize winner. Photo and Video First Prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or confirmed in writing by US mail or other form of home delivery by 09/12/11.

In the event of a tie affecting the determination of the Photo and/or Video First Prize winners, the Photo and/or Video First Prize winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all tied Entrants under the supervision of the Independent Contest Administrator.

Photo and Video Grand and First Prize winners will be announced on the Contest Site once all winners have been notified and confirmed. Photo and Video Grand and First Prize winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where allowable, a Publicity Release to be returned within seven (7) days of initial notification, or prize award will be void and the next highest scoring Finalist notified. Photo and Video Grand Prize winners will be required to provide his/her Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes. Any travel companion of a winner may also be required to sign and return a Liability Waiver at least twenty (20) days prior to travel dates. Limit: One (1) Contest prize per person.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected for a Sweepstakes Prize, from among all eligible entries received from the Promotion start date through the following Sweepstakes Entry Dates on the Sweepstakes Drawing Dates listed below, under the supervision of the Independent Contest Administrator.

Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Sweepstakes Entry Period. Sweepstakes Prizes will be mailed to the address provided by winner at entry. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person.

CONDITIONS: By participating, all Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Independent Administrator, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the Promotion mechanics and implementation, or interpretation of these Official Rules. All Contest Entries will become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Any winner's entry and acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. By submitting a Contest Entry, Entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor and its agents an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, unconditional, gratis license and right to edit, modify, adapt, distribute, stream, post, publish, broadcast, reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publicly display, exhibit, and or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used) the Contest Entry and all elements thereof, in whole or in part, including any persons or likeness embodied therein (in each case, as submitted or as edited/modified in any way by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion) in any way, and may use them in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without attribution, compensation, permission or notification to the Entrant, his/her parent or legal guardian, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity, and without notice, review, or approval from Entrant or any other party. SUBMITTING AN ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ENTRANT'S IRREVOCABLE ASSIGNMENT, CONVEYANCE AND TRANSFERENCE TO SPONSOR OF ANY AND ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE ENTRY INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COPYRIGHTS.

No transfer, substitution or cash value equivalent for any prize is available, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. All federal, state and other taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By submitting a Contest Entry, Winners and Entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, and employees (the "Released Parties"), from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Promotion will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

NOTICE TO ENTRANTS: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor is not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/Independent Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and Contest Entries will be judged from among all eligible Contest Entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Contest Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting a Contest Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods/votes of participation/voting will void all such submissions/votes by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation/voting of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
